BANBURYsaid that his hon. friend the Vice-President or the Board of Agriculture for Ireland had kindly consented to the re-committal of this Bill to consider some Amendments be proposed to move on Clause 5. He would deal with the first of his Amendments, and if he was beaten on that he would not proceed with the others.
