HC Deb 14 July 1908 vol 192 c610
MR. CLOUGH (Yorkshire, W.R., Skipton)

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether the Board decided on 18th May, 1907, that it was necessary that a new school should be provided by the local education authority at East Hardwick; whether that decision has been, or is about to be, rescinded; and, if so, upon what grounds.

MR. RUNCIMAN

The decision of 18th May was that the council school which the local education authority proposed to provide was, in the circumstances, a necessary school. That decision has not yet been rescinded.
