To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners inquired into the case of James Kenny, of Clouncon, Ashford, in the County of Limerick; and, if so, what action do they intend to take in the matter.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have received their inspector's Report upon the application of James Kenny, and will consider it, with others, as soon as possible.
