§ MR. CHARLES CRAIG (Antrim, S.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if it is the intention of the National Board of Education to pay the proposed grant by capitation; and, if so, will he urge the Commissioners to pay all capitation grants quarterly instead of annually.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) It is intended that capitation should enter into the distribution of the grant. The Commissioners consider that it would not be practicable to pay the capitation grants quarterly.
