§ MR. DILLONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the internal affairs of Persia were discussed at the recent meeting at Reval between His Majesty the King and the Czar of Russia.
§ SIR EDWARD GREYPersian affairs were very little touched upon during the visit to Reval, and what mention of them there was related solely to frontier disputes and commercial matters. But the condition of internal affairs in Persia has formed the subject of communication between the two Governments on various occasions both before and since the visit to Reval.
