HC Deb 24 February 1908 vol 184 cc1328-9
MR. H. H. MARKS

To ask the Postmaster-General, whether he has received complaints that the present head post office for the borough of Margate is quite inadequate to deal with the requirements of the town, particularly in the summer months; and whether he can hold out any hope that the demand for a more commodious building will be favourably considered.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) A scheme for providing a more commodious building has already been sanctioned, and it is hoped to commence operations in a few months time.
