Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture whether he is aware that the Argentine has, owing to the recent outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease, refused to admit cattle exported from Scotland to her ports; and whether he can assure the House that every possible precaution has been taken to prevent the spread of the disease to England.
