§ MR. GEORGE LAMBERTThe Committee has concluded its labours and its recommendations have been generally adopted after trial in selected ships. I am sending the hon. and gallant Member a copy of the Report, but I doubt whether it is of sufficient interest to justify its presentation to the House.
