§ SIR. THOMAS ESMONDETo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Government propose to introduce legislation this session to facilitate the construction of marine works on the south-east coast of Ireland.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The possibility of introducing legislation on the lines of the Navigation Works Bill of last session is under consideration.
