HC Deb 17 February 1908 vol 184 c452
MR. FFRENCH

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received a copy of a resolution passed at a recent meeting of the Wexford County Council requesting the Government to assimilate the law in Ireland, for what are known as criminal injury claims, to the law as it exists in England; and whether he proposes to take action in the matter.

MR. CHERRY

A copy of the resolution referred to has been received. The Government do not contemplate legislation on the subject.
