SYDNEY BUXTONI am glad to say that all the self-governing Colonies have informed the Government that they desire to adhere to the Radiotelegraphic Convention, except Newfoundland, which has not yet communicated its decision, and the Orange River Colony, which, as an inland Colony, sees no necessity at present for adhering.
