THORNE (West Ham, S.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if he has received any information as to certain irregularities of the committee of the Aberdeen Coal Company, affecting the local harbour dues, dock and labour charges, and the Board of Trade coal tonnage Returns; and, if so, what steps are being taken in the matter; or, if not, whether inquiries will be made.
