W.)To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, at what point the line mentioned in Article II. of the arrangement concerning Persia in the Anglo-Russian Convention, which goes by way of Gazik, Birjand, and Kerman to Bunder Abbas, leaves the Afghanistan frontier.
