Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether any grant is made in Ireland for the purpose of improving the breed of cattle; and, if so, whether a similar grant can be made for Wales, in consideration of the fact that the meat of the United Kingdom is now chiefly supplied from foreign countries.
