COURTHOPETo ask the Secretary of State for War in view of the fact that most ranges of the Territorial Force are open for class-firing at least twice a week during the spring and summer, what steps will be taken to secure the attendance of officers and details of other corps to carry out the marking and supervision as required by paragraph 8 of the musketry course.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) Supervision and marking will only be performed by officers and men of other units during the annual test. The necessary arrangements will be made by the general officers commanding divisions of the Territorial Force and by officers commanding mounted brigades.
