HC Deb 02 April 1908 vol 187 c689
SIR HENRY CRAIK (Glasgow and Aberdeen Universities)

I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland when the Scottish Education Bill which was read a first time last Thursday will be printed and distributed.

MR. SINCLAIR

It is hoped that the Bill will be printed and in the hands of Members by to-morrow, and at the latest by Saturday.

SIR HENRY CRAIK

Will ample time be allowed for the consideration of the Bill by the people of Scotland before the Second Reading?

MR. SINCLAIR

I think that is very desirable.
