FIENNES (Oxfordshire, Banbury)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether in view of the widespread interest taken in the question of women taking infants and young children to public-houses, he will circulate to all Members the Home Office Report on this subject [Cd. 3813].
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone.) The Paper in question has been laid upon the Table, and has been dealt with in accordance with the usual rule as to the distribution of Command Papers. Copies can be obtained by any Member interested on application at the Vote office.
