§ MR CHERRYThe numbers of cattle exported in 1906 from Ireland to Great Britain, including the Isle of Man, were as follows: Fat cattle, 240,617; stores, 474,230; calves, 55,537; other cattle, 5,897; total, 776,281. The average prices are estimated as follows: Fat cattle, £15 11s. 8d.; stores, £10 15s. 2d.; calves, £4 16s. 0d. The cattle returned as "other cattle" were old cattle, and of very low value.
