HC Deb 14 May 1907 vol 174 cc775-6
MR. SWIFT MACNEILL (Donegal, S.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that certain Dublin telegraphists who performed overtime on 9th April, had their regular attendances subsequently curtailed and overtime cancelled; whether he can state the reason of this departure from practice, and whether this course has his sanction; and whether the officials subjected to this treatment, who made representations locally, will be favoured with a reply to their representations.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) The matter to which the hon. Member refers was reported to me, and I have already given instructions for the full overtime payment to be allowed.
