§ MR. DOLAN (Leitrim, N.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received an application for reinstatement from Francis Gallagher, an evicted tenant living at Irvinestown, county Fermanagh; and, if so, whether any steps are being taken to reinstate him or provide him with a farm.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have inquired into the case of Francis Gallagher, and upon full consideration of the facts have decided to take no action in the case.
