§ MR. DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland can he say when the Appendix to the Report of the Arterial Drainage Commission will be issued.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Appendix to the Report of this Commission was laid upon the Table on the 2nd instant, and I understand that His Majesty's Stationery Office will be in a position to circulate copies in the course of next week.
