§ MR. KENDAL O'BRIEN (Tipperary, Mid.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the estate of Henry Oliver Langley, at Longfordpass, Gortnahoe, county Tipperary, has been sold to the Estates Commissioners; and, if so, what steps, if any, have been taken to reinstate Michael Morriss and Edward Kealy, two evicted tenants on this estate.
§ (Answered by Mr. Birrell.) This estate has not been sold to the Estates Commissioners, but they are in communication with the owner with a view to purchasing it. M. Morris has applied for reinstatement, and the Commissioners have his application under consideration. No application has been received from E. Kealy.
