To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the minimum nucleus crew of three-fifths of the full complement to be carried by battleships and armoured cruisers of the Portsmouth and Devonport divisions of the Home Fleet will include reserves undergoing their training in accordance with the new system; and, if so, in what proportion.
