§ MR. NIELD (Middlesex, Ealing)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the provision made under Vote 9 of the Estimates for 1907 and 1908, for completing the heavy guns for the armoured ships included in the 1905–6 programme, and for advancing those for the armoured ships laid down in 1906–7, includes provision for completing or advancing guns to be held in reserve.
