MYERI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the continual necessity for renewing uniforms of Volunteers, and in order to save wasted expenditure, he can state if there is any intention to clothe the second line as a whole in any particularly coloured cloth for service or other dress.
§ MR. HALDANEService dress will be provided for the whole of the Territorial Force.
