TOULMIN (Bury, Lancashire)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether any schemes for new training colleges for teachers, or hostels, have been sanctioned during the last two years, and, if so, will he name them; whether any schemes are under consideration and not yet sanctioned; 858 and will he name the accommodation in each case.
