MR. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of the following Bill, referred on the First Reading thereof, Standing Order 67 has not been complied with, viz.:—Mullingar, Kells, and Drogheda Railway Bill.

Ordered, That the Report be referred to the Select Committee on Standing Orders.

Boston Spa Gas Bill.—Read a second time, and committed.

Metropolitan Water Board (Charges, etc.) Bill and the Metropolitan Water Board (Various Powers) Bill.—Resolved, That it is expedient that the Metropolitan Water Board (Charges, etc.) Bill and the Metropolitan Water Board (Various Powers) Bill be committed to a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons. Message to the Lords to communicate this Resolution and to desire their concurrence.—(Mr. Burns.)
