§ MR. McKENNAThe hon. Member is under a misapprehension in supposing that each local authority will be entitled to a proportionate share in the grant referred to. I explained, in reply to the hon. Member for the Oswestry Division of Shropshire on Monday, the purpose and limitations of the grant.†No form of application has been drafted. I am not at present in a position to make any further statement on the subject.
