§ MR. BOLANDI beg to ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, can he state whether the Law Officers of the Board were consulted as to the legality of the Orders, dated 22nd November, 1904, and 26th January, 1906, with reference to the importation of pigs from Ireland; and was their approval obtained before these Orders were promulgated.
