HC Deb 26 June 1907 vol 176 cc1365-6
MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners have received a representation form for reinstatement from Mrs. Ellen Sheehy, of Toureen, Athea, in the county of Limerick, who was evicted in the eighties by the landlord, Captain Harkness, for nonpayment of rent; and whether he will see that the inspector of the Commissioners interviews Mrs. Sheehy, whose present address is Newcastle West, with a view to inquiring into her case and taking action in reference to it.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners are unable to trace the receipt of any application from Mrs. Sheehy.
