HC Deb 25 June 1907 vol 176 cc1124-5
MR. REES

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether exhumation of a body may under any circumstances be effected without a certificate from himself or from the coroner of the locality concerned.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone.) If my hon. friend has in mind any particular case of the exhumation of a dead body, I should prefer to have the facts for consideration. The general question is a wide and difficult one.
