§ SIR F. CHANNINGI beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board, whether he will introduce, either in the present or the next session of Parliament, a Bill consolidating and bringing up to date the Public Health Acts and the provisions of amending Acts.
§ MR. JOHN BURNSIt would not be practicable to introduce a Bill to consolidate the Acts referred to during the present session. I do not think that, at the present time, I could give any pledge as to legislation for this purpose next year.
