§ MR. JOHN BURNSI am not aware that the Scottish Local Government Board have made any Report on the working of the compulsory notification of phthisis in certain towns in Scotland. The question whether any such Report should be made and laid before Parliament is hardly a matter for me. It appears to be one for my right hon. friend the Secretary for Scotland.
