HC Deb 17 June 1907 vol 176 c115
MR;. WEIR

To ask the Secretary for Scotland if he will state whether, under the Small Landholders (Scotland) Bill now before Parliament, lands now used as deer forests or grouse moors will be available for the purposes set forth in the Bill, such as the extension of existing holdings or the creation of new holdings.

(Answered by Mr. Sinclair.) Such lands are not per se excluded from the operation of the Bill.
