§ MR. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state when the Return, Metropolitan Boroughs (Non-Payment of Rates), granted on the 20th March last, is likely to be published.
§ MR. GLADSTONEIt has not been possible to publish the Return earlier, as the figures for one of the boroughs were only received this morning, but it will now be laid before the House at once.
