HC Deb 13 June 1907 vol 175 c1577
CAPTAIN CRAIG (Down, E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the estate of Colonel G. M. Donaldson, near Crassgar, county Down, bought in 1904 by the tenants within the zones of the Land Act of 1903, is yet cleared as to title, etc.; or if he can state what position the transaction is now in.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The purchase agreements in this case were lodged with the Estates Commissioners in May, 1905. The title has been lodged, and will be read as soon as the case reaches its turn to be dealt with in order of priority.
