ELLIS GRIFFITHI beg to ask the Prime Minister whether, having regard to the assurances which he gave before the last general election that the question of the disestablishment and disendowment of the English Church in Wales would be dealt with on the first available opportunity in the new Parliament, he can now give an assurance that a measure dealing with this question will be introduced early next session.
