HARMOOD-BANNER (Liverpool, Everton)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state why the Local Government Board have no record that the Roscommon District Council have passed a resolution stating that they will 1241 give preference to Irish-made goods, seeing that this resolution was published in the local newspaper on 1st June.
