Member for Darlington, I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has any further information to give the House in regard to the New Hebrides Convention; have any fundamental alterations been made in the recent arrangements; and can he state what was the result of the negotiations in regard to Sierra Leone.
