FIELD (Dublin, St. Patrick)To ask the Postmaster-General whether he can state the date of the Civil Service certificate of the recently appointed postmaster at Birr, and the date of such certificates of the senior Irish overseer applicant, and of the senior applying from the; rank of post office official for the Birr postmastership.
