To ask the Postmaster-General whether ho is aware that skilled telegraphists are being employed in the sorting office at Derby, owing to decline of telegraph work; that at the time of transfer these men were assured that, as opportunity afforded, they would be reinstated on telegraph duties; and that a pensioned overseer and casuals are now employed on the telegraphs; and if he will take steps to got the transferred telegraphists reinstated.
