§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION (Mr. McKenna, Monmouthshire, N.)It would be impossible to assign a clerical staff exclusively to the Welsh Department while the Board are located in their present offices. When the new building is ready for occupation the question will require further consideration.
