§ MR. CHAPLIN (Surrey, Wimbledon)I beg to ask the First Commissioner of Works, in reference to the Small Holdings and Allotments Bill, whether the powers conferred under Clause 7 of that Bill include powers for the erection of buildings and the equipment of the holding.
I beg also to ask the First Commissioner of Works, in reference to the Small Holdings and Allotments Bill, whether, in Sub-section (2) of Section 19, the word buildings includes a dwelling-house.
