§ Mr. O'GRADYI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he is aware that the public school known as Beith Academy has had advanced classes in which pupils and pupil teachers are trained for University and training college, that it is proposed to abolish these classes, that this is being done for the benefit of a fee-paying school governed by a board that is not publicly elected, and that the educational opportunities of the working classes of Beith will be there. 684 of trawlers prosecuted for illegal trawling in the Moray Firth during the year ending 31st December, 1906, distinguishing the nationality of each.
§ Mr. SINCLAIRDuring 1906 the masters of nine trawling vessels were prosecuted for trawling in the Moray Firth, and all the vessels carried the Norwegian flag.
