HC Deb 03 June 1907 vol 175 c283
MR. CLANCY (Dublin County, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether an application by Peter Flanagan, of Lucan, county Dublin, for a cottage under the Labourers Act was rejected by the Celbridge Rural District Council or by the Local Government Board; and, if so, will he explain why.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Local Government Board have not yet received information as to this case. If, however, it be the fact that Flanagan's representation was rejected by the rural district council, he can attend at the local inquiry which is to be held and lay his case before the inspector.
