I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he can inform the House whether there †See (4) Debates, clxxviii., 1350. ‡See page 457. is any prospect of a now prohibition of the use of explosives from airships being agreed to by the Hague Conference, to replace the temporary prohibition which resulted from the previous Hague Conference and has now expired.

It is expected that this subject will come before the Conference, and we shall be glad to support an agreement to this effect.
