REES (Montgomery Boroughs)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he has any further information to give with regard to the audit of grants to territorial associations either by qualified chartered or incorporated accountants; and whether the claims of both classes of qualified accountants will be duly considered in this connection.
§ MR. HALDANEThe scheme will be worked out during the coming autumn, and the point raised in regard to accountants will be fully considered.
