To ask the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been called to the resolutions passed at the annual conference of the Irish Post Office clerks with regard to favouritism and secret reporting, and as to the manner in which disciplinary inquiries are conducted; and what action, if any, he proposes to take in these matters.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) Resolutions dealing with the subjects referred to by the hon. Member were passed at the annual conference of Irish Post Office clerks on the 5th instant. Evidence on those subjects was given before the Select Committee of this House which is now about to Report.
