§ SIR BERKELEY SHEFFIELD (Lincolnshire, Brigg)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty the average time taken to complete the six destroyers of the 1905–6 programme, reckoning the time from the date of the announcement of the programme to Parliament in February, 1905.
