HC Deb 12 July 1907 vol 178 cc195-6
MR. PATRICK WHITE (Meath, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether James Meade, at present residing at Irish Street, Ardee, has applied to the Estates Com- missioners to be reinstated in his former holdings; and, if so, what action has been taken in his case.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have investigated James Meade's applications for reinstatement, and have decided to take no action in respect of the holding on Captain Taylor's estate, and to consider the application as regards the Ruxton Estate in connection with the sale of the entire estate.
